Jordan Griffin
MANAGER
Working with Youth is Jordan's passion!
He has both completed papers in youth work and worked with young people for many years.
Jordan joined ADDI 8 years ago working as Lead Supervisor in our afterschool and holiday programme Jordan also worked as a teacher aide in our One Day Schools and more recently in our Private School.
It was through working with these children that Jordan became aware of the big gap that appears for those that are not ready to enter the workforce once their schooling journey finishes.
Thrive was created to empower young adults with challenges, to create a space where their personal development can grow so that they are valued members of society who are contributing just as their peers are.
It is also very important to jordan that young adults have a sense of belonging and purpose - he is very aware that without THRIVE a lot of these young adults would just be at home and not getting these needs met.
Jordan's strengths are leadership, a can do attitude and being able to work with all types of people from all walks of life.
Jordan is approachable, has a bubble personality and loves to build good healthy relationships with people. Jordan's says "My passion in life and what wakes me up every morning is being able to help people find their purpose in life and own it. Life is to short so why not live it and love it".
